吊頂式空調處理機組原理及參數

吊(diao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)式(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)處理(li)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)是(shi)(shi)根(gen)據在(zai)密(mi)閉的(de)(de)(de)(de)室內(nei)(nei)一(yi)側(ce)送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)另一(yi)側(ce)引風(feng)(feng)(feng),熱(re)回收空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu),則在(zai)室內(nei)(nei)會形(xing)成“新(xin)(xin)風(feng)(feng)(feng)流動(dong)(dong)場”的(de)(de)(de)(de)原理(li)進行設(she)計研制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。它依靠機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)、引風(feng)(feng)(feng),強迫在(zai)系統內(nei)(nei)形(xing)成新(xin)(xin)風(feng)(feng)(feng)流動(dong)(dong)場。是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)時(shi)刻保(bao)持室內(nei)(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)潔凈清新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)型環保(bao)電器(qi)。這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de)室內(nei)(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)置換、凈化(hua)循環系統,能在(zai)排除室內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)污染(ran)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),吊(diao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)式(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu),輸(shu)入(ru)自然新(xin)(xin)鮮(xian)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi),將輸(shu)入(ru)室內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)風(feng)(feng)(feng)先經過濾、殺菌(jun)、加(jia)熱(re)、增氧等多(duo)項處理(li)吊(diao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)式(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)處理(li)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)功(gong)率(lv)。吊(diao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)式(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)處理(li)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)溫度(du)(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)根(gen)據送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)實測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫度(du)(du)與(yu)送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)設(she)定(ding)溫度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏(pian)差,PID調(diao)節(jie)冷/熱(re)水(shui)電動(dong)(dong)調(diao)節(jie)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開度(du)(du),使實測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫度(du)(du)達到設(she)定(ding)溫度(du)(du)值(zhi)。  (6)吊(diao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)式(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)處理(li)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)根(gen)據送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)實測(ce)(ce)(ce)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)與(yu)送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)設(she)定(ding)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏(pian)差,雙位調(diao)節(jie)過PID調(diao)節(jie)電動(dong)(dong)蒸汽(qi)調(diao)節(jie)閥(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開度(du)(du),使實測(ce)(ce)(ce)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)達到設(she)定(ding)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)值(zhi)。  (7)本圖采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)方式(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)干蒸汽(qi)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),故(gu)選用(yong)電動(dong)(dong)調(diao)節(jie)閥(fa)以控制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸汽(qi)量,如(ru)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),不選用(yong)電動(dong)(dong)調(diao)節(jie)閥(fa),而是(shi)(shi)直接(jie)控制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備,一(yi)般為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)監測(ce)(ce)(ce)其狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),控制(zhi)(zhi)其啟停,對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)AI點改為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)DI點,AO點改為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)DO點。 (8)送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)監測(ce)(ce)(ce)與(yu)控制(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei):監測(ce)(ce)(ce)送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)、故(gu)障(zhang)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)和手/自動(dong)(dong)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu),控制(zhi)(zhi)送(song)(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟停。

1、可提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)壓:220/380V;頻率:50/60Hz;電(dian)機轉(zhuan)速(su)可按用(yong)戶要求(qiu)分為(wei)單(dan)速(su)、雙(shuang) 速(su)、三速(su);輸出(chu)功 率,靖(jing)江百特電(dian)機可按用(yong)戶提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)設計風量300-3000m³/h。

2、與誘導(dao)風機及吊頂式(shi)空調處理機組配套使用。

3、電機采用“NSK”軸承低噪音(yin)滾動軸承,設計壽命(ming)萬小(xiao)時。

4、轉軸經(jing)調質并鍍鎳合金(jin),機殼(ke)采用優質鋼板(ban)拉伸并經(jing)防銹電(dian)鍍鋅處(chu)理(li)。
