新風系統的組成及工作原理
新風(feng)(feng)系統由(you)風(feng)(feng)機、風(feng)(feng)道、排風(feng)(feng)口、進風(feng)(feng)口及其(qi)它附件組成。根據房間壓(ya)力場的(de)不(bu)同(tong),分正壓(ya)式(shi)、負壓(ya)式(shi)新風(feng)(feng)系統和雙(shuang)向熱(re)回(hui)收式(shi)新風(feng)(feng)系統,它們的(de)工作原理有所(suo)不(bu)同(tong)。
正壓(ya)式新風(feng)(feng)系統是(shi)通過(guo)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)運轉,把室(shi)外(wai)(wai)新鮮(xian)空氣(qi)(qi)經過(guo)過(guo)濾(lv)后從(cong)進風(feng)(feng)口送入房間的活動區域(yu),在(zai)(zai)室(shi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)形成(cheng)正壓(ya),原室(shi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的污濁(zhuo)空氣(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)壓(ya)力場(chang)作用下,通過(guo)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)口、排(pai)風(feng)(feng)道排(pai)至室(shi)外(wai)(wai),完(wan)成(cheng)換(huan)氣(qi)(qi)。負(fu)壓(ya)式新風(feng)(feng)系統是(shi)通過(guo)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)將室(shi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)混濁(zhuo)空氣(qi)(qi)抽出(chu),使房間內(nei)(nei)(nei)形成(cheng)負(fu)壓(ya),室(shi)外(wai)(wai)空氣(qi)(qi)從(cong)門、窗等(deng)縫隙或者(zhe)負(fu)壓(ya)的進風(feng)(feng)口流入室(shi)內(nei)(nei)(nei),完(wan)成(cheng)換(huan)氣(qi)(qi)需要(yao)。
雙向熱回收式新(xin)風(feng)(feng)系統又稱(cheng)為全(quan)(quan)(quan)熱交(jiao)換(huan)新(xin)風(feng)(feng)系統,在全(quan)(quan)(quan)熱交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)內部設有進排風(feng)(feng)機、全(quan)(quan)(quan)熱交(jiao)換(huan)芯。室外新(xin)鮮空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)首(shou)先經(jing)過過濾(lv),進入全(quan)(quan)(quan)熱交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi),然后通(tong)過風(feng)(feng)管及送風(feng)(feng)口送向各個(ge)區域;室內渾(hun)濁(zhuo)(zhuo)(zhuo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)通(tong)過室內排風(feng)(feng)口,經(jing)過濾(lv)后進入全(quan)(quan)(quan)熱交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi),然后集(ji)中排到室外;新(xin)鮮空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)和(he)渾(hun)濁(zhuo)(zhuo)(zhuo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)在全(quan)(quan)(quan)熱交(jiao)換(huan)芯處完成溫(wen)濕度交(jiao)換(huan),回收排到室外渾(hun)濁(zhuo)(zhuo)(zhuo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中的大部分能量,是一種(zhong)高(gao)效(xiao)、環保、節能的全(quan)(quan)(quan)方(fang)位換(huan)氣(qi)(qi)系統。

雙向熱(re)(re)回收式新(xin)風系統(tong)又稱為全(quan)(quan)熱(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)新(xin)風系統(tong),在全(quan)(quan)熱(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)器(qi)內部(bu)設有(you)進排風機(ji)、全(quan)(quan)熱(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)芯(xin)。室(shi)(shi)外(wai)新(xin)鮮(xian)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)首先經過(guo)(guo)(guo)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾,進入(ru)全(quan)(quan)熱(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)器(qi),然(ran)后(hou)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)風管及送風口送向各(ge)個區域(yu);室(shi)(shi)內渾濁(zhuo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)室(shi)(shi)內排風口,經過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾后(hou)進入(ru)全(quan)(quan)熱(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)器(qi),然(ran)后(hou)集(ji)中排到(dao)室(shi)(shi)外(wai);新(xin)鮮(xian)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)和渾濁(zhuo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)在全(quan)(quan)熱(re)(re)交換(huan)(huan)芯(xin)處完成溫濕(shi)度交換(huan)(huan),回收排到(dao)室(shi)(shi)外(wai)渾濁(zhuo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)中的(de)大部(bu)分能(neng)量,是一種高效、環保、節能(neng)的(de)全(quan)(quan)方位換(huan)(huan)氣(qi)系統(tong)。
